OUR APPROACH
People and companies are increasingly focused on their commitment to sustainability. As an active manager investing on behalf of our clients, we are committed to investing responsibly, including the consideration of climate change and the societal impact of our decisions, as appropriate.
One of our core values is “responsible”, including being responsible stewards of our investors’ capital, by considering environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors alongside financial factors, in a proportionate and applicable way, across our different investment strategies.
By considering ESG factors alongside financial data, we take an increasingly holistic view of the companies we invest in, which can help determine their long-term viability, as well as their impact on the economy, environment and society. This analysis is undertaken across investment processes, from research and analysis to portfolio monitoring, in a way that is proportionate and sensitive to each strategy.
We strive to invest responsibly and build successful, resilient investment propositions that embrace innovative thinking in the face of significant challenges.
We believe it is important we offer responsible and sustainable investment products to our clients and, as part of that, to actively and responsibly consider ESG matters in the investment process.
