Information for Future Asset Management LLP advisers

Our online valuation service provides clients, and their advisers, with access to the latest portfolio information, and portfolio transaction history for the last 24 months. If older transactions are required please contact our Investor Services Team using the contact details below.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: if you receive a fixed monthly or quarterly income payment, please note that the payment may be delayed due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

Important Information:

The Online Valuation Service will no longer be available after 15 May 2026; therefore, if you have previously had access to the online valuation service, we recommend downloading any historic important information about your account as soon as possible. If you cannot access your account information, please contact us on 0333 456 1112 or email [email protected]. If you have transferred your investment to a third party investment platform, going forward you will be able to access any account information from that platform, or your financial adviser. If you were previously invested in a portfolio through our direct custody service, you will receive your quarterly April statements as per usual showing any associated transactions. A cost & charges disclosure covering from 1 January 2026 to the closure of the service will be sent during May 2026.

This service is for investors in the Premier Portfolio Management Service, and their advisers, who have an account number starting with 5 or 6 letters e.g. SMITHZ000ISA1.

To ensure the ongoing protection of your account and personal information, your account is locked after 365 days of inactivity. If your account is locked, please get in touch with us by calling 0333 4561122 or emailing [email protected].

Forgotten login details If you’ve forgotten your password or username, please click on “forgot my password” and follow the steps.
